KENOVA - Recrutement Humain in Montreal-based AI tech company is seeking an AI/ML engineer to develop and train production models. You will own AI projects end-to-end using an internal framework and write production-grade Python code.

Work remotely from within Canada, collaborate with a talented team, and contribute to state-of-the-art deployments. The role offers flexible schedules, strong growth opportunities, and immediate benefits as you help scale impactful AI solutions.

Formación

• 1 year of AI/ML development experience in a corporate setting.
• Advanced Python skills and ability to code autonomously.
• Hands-on experience developing and training ML models.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and train machine learning models for production applications.
• Own your AI projects end to end using the company’s internal framework.
• Write high-quality, production-ready code that meets software development standards.
• Work closely with the technical team and leadership to deliver functional AI solutions.
• Master the proprietary development infrastructure, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Ramp up quickly through a focused onboarding and knowledge transfer period.
• Deliver projects on tight timelines while maintaining high quality standards.
• Use Git and collaborative workflows for team development.
