  • Contribute to defining and documenting the AI strategy, ensuring alignment with product roadmaps and broader business objectives.

  • Help establish project scope, technical approaches, milestones, and solution architecture at the beginning of each initiative.

  • Design, develop, prototype, and integrate AI/ML solutions, including writing code and configuring external components.

  • Produce clean, maintainable code, unit tests, and comprehensive technical documentation.

  • Participate in client discussions when required to understand needs and support solution delivery.

  • Monitor priorities, deadlines, and backlogs while coaching and supporting team members in completing project deliverables.

  • Build a strong understanding of the functionality being developed and provide technical guidance throughout implementation.

  • Lead and participate in detailed code reviews, pair programming, and collaborative technical problem-solving.

  • Contribute to recurring Product and Technology discussions, helping shape technical processes, architecture, and engineering strategy.

  • Work collaboratively within an Agile development environment organized around two-week sprints.

Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in software architecture, full-stack development, or AI engineering.

  • Proven ability to design and document end-to-end software architectures for complex projects.

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience implementing advanced AI solutions, including semantic matching, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and document parsing for structured content.

  • Experience designing and deploying agentic systems using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or the OpenAI Agents SDK.

  • Familiarity with AI-assisted coding platforms such as Claude Code and Codex.

  • Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP), related tooling systems, model ensemble approaches, and fine-tuning techniques.

  • Experience working with knowledge graph databases such as Neo4j.

  • Working knowledge of Apache ecosystem technologies and data workflows, including Databricks, Spark, and Iceberg, or comparable tools.

  • Experience integrating Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) processes into AI workflows.

  • Ability to implement AI model evaluation frameworks, test results, and iteratively refine model performance.

  • Strong software engineering fundamentals, including clean and modular coding practices and effective use of shared internal libraries.

  • Ability to understand, validate, and take ownership of all code produced, including code generated or co-authored by AI tools.

  • Experience writing comprehensive unit and integration tests, as well as clear technical documentation.

  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to create documentation that supports developer onboarding and collaboration.

  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to own development components and meet demanding deadlines.

  • Experience mentoring colleagues and contributing to technical architecture discussions and brainstorming sessions.

Benefits:
