Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, rate naturalness, and explain why outputs miss the prompt, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Work from anywhere, flexible hours, with pay via weekly payments. Earn up to $18 USD/hr plus incentives, with access to leading LLMs and a variety of projects across countries.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to inspect outputs.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making decisions when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural, useful, and clear each sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, with a written explanation in English.
