Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare outputs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and clear written communication are essential.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in on content.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted visuals or audio-text mismatches.
• Writing precise explanations in English describing what was observed.
