Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model, compare images and videos, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your schedule.

Work from home or while traveling with flexible hours and weekly payments. Rates go up to $15 USD/hr, with incentives and free access to leading LLMs to help shape AI behavior.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay/zoom in to verify.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic situations in natural conversations.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews.
• Capable of making clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsabilités

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video misalignment.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific English explanation pointing to what you saw or heard.
