FirstPrinciples is a remote-first team building AI to accelerate scientific discovery. The product manager will shape the Theo Platform, aligning product strategy with research goals and technical feasibility from a cross-functional vantage point.

The role requires translating complex scientific concepts into actionable specs, owning the backlog with engineering teams, and maintaining a clear product roadmap in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience shipping products as a Product Manager.
• Deep understanding of product management craft and theory.
• Ability to plan roadmaps and manage releases.

Responsabilités

• Define, refine, and shape product capabilities across Theo Platform products.
• Plan, prioritize, and drive product development balancing constraints and objectives.
• Work with leadership to ensure the product vision supports research challenges.
• Translate research concepts into actionable specifications and user stories, manage backlog.
• Own vision, strategy, and roadmap of products; iterate portfolios.
• Maintain communication across the organization for alignment.
• Uphold operational excellence through documentation and execution rituals.
