Job summary

Bells Of Steel Inc. is seeking an IT & Systems Manager to lead a small technical team responsible for AI tools, internal apps, ERP, data, email, devices and security. The role focuses on secure, fast systems and hands-on leadership in a hybrid Calgary environment.

You will set development rules, review releases, and ensure systems stay online through peak periods. Strong experience with Claude Code and internal tooling is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT or software teams in a small to mid-size company.
• Proven ability to run production systems including ERP, data pipelines and security.
• Strong knowledge of AI tools, automation and secure software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical team and coordinate with AI engineers and app developers.
• Own IT operations: ERP, data, email, devices and security; ensure uptime and safety.
• Define development rules, review releases and manage on-site and hybrid work in Calgary.
