Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of their home. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain what looked or sounded off in writing. This is a remote, flexible-hours opportunity with access to leading LLMs.

Contributors are paid per project with weekly payouts and potential incentives based on performance. Applicants from multiple countries are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication and comfortable with natural, everyday conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail, with the patience to look and listen closely, and to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Hold live English conversations with AI voice models and rate how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Compare AI-generated image and video pairs and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flicker, or audio-video mismatch.
• Rate outputs on adherence, quality, realism; provide written explanations.
