Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare outputs, and explain what’s off, all remotely on your own schedule.

In this freelance, 1099 role, you’ll help shape AI behavior by rating adherence, quality, and realism, and writing concise explanations in English. Paid weekly with flexible hours and access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in to inspect outputs.
• Excellent ability to articulate observations in writing.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely for distortions, flickering, misalignment, or audio-visual mismatches.
• Provide written explanations highlighting observed issues and reasoning behind ratings.
