Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media and rate live conversations with AI voice models. You will compare AI-generated images and videos, explain misalignments, and work remotely on your own schedule.

You’ll help shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve through structured evaluations. Ideal candidates are fluent in English, highly detail-focused, and comfortable producing clear, concise explanations.

Qualifications

• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining decisions.
• Experience writing brief, evidence-based reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Rank AI outputs for naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distortion, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Write a concise English explanation detailing what you saw or heard.
