Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media, roleplaying live conversations with an AI voice model and scoring each exchange. You will compare AI-generated images and videos to judge which follows the prompt more closely and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely on your own schedule.

Ideal applicants are fluent in English, with strong written communication, keen attention to detail, and the ability to articulate decisions clearly.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to review audio/visual outputs closely.
• Able to think on your feet and explain decisions clearly in natural language.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt more accurately.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming/replaying) to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, or mismatched audio.
• Rating each output across dimensions and writing a specific English explanation of observations.
