Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, CS, or related field.
• 2–5 years of AI enablement or digital transformation experience.
• Strong understanding of generative AI and practical business applications.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate processes into practical solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to train non-technical employees.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Stay current on emerging AI tools and applications.
• Meet with departments to map workflows and identify opportunities.
• Map processes and identify repetitive activities.
• Research, evaluate, and test AI tools.
• Implement AI-enabled workflows to improve speed and quality.
• Support AI applications for drafting, research, analysis, reporting, marketing, due diligence, document review, and operations.
• Develop prompts, templates, and standardized workflows.
• Train employees on practical and responsible AI use.
• Support tool implementations like ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude.
• Collaborate with IT and leaders for AI integrations.
• Track adoption and measure results.
• Maintain inventory of AI tools and reduce duplication.
• Assist with confidentiality and data handling standards.
• Identify non-delivering initiatives and recommend improvements.
• Provide research on AI capabilities, opportunities, risks.
• Assist broader automation and digital transformation initiatives.
