Job summary

Trusscore in Calgary is seeking a Systems Enablement Analyst to improve technology use across the business. You will partner with teams to map processes, gather requirements and translate them into practical, AI-assisted solutions.

This hybrid role requires hands-on configuration of ERP/CRM, building dashboards, testing, and enabling adoption across Finance, Operations, and Manufacturing, with a focus on reducing manual tasks and accelerating digital transformation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business systems, business analysis, application support, systems implementation, operations technology or a related role.
• Experience facilitating requirements gathering or process discovery sessions with business stakeholders.
• Experience documenting current-state processes and designing improved future-state workflows.
• Experience translating business problems into system or process solutions.
• Experience configuring or supporting ERP, CRM or other enterprise applications.
• Strong testing, analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• The ability to think through risks, dependencies and edge cases rather than simply testing the expected path.
• Experience working with business data, reporting or analytics.
• Excellent written documentation and communication skills.
• The ability to work directly with both business users and technical teams.
• A willingness to work primarily from our Calgary location and engage directly with the people and processes you're supporting.

Responsibilities

• Discover and Improve Business Processes: Facilitate process discovery sessions, map current-state processes, design future-state workflows and identify AI opportunities.
• Build and Configure Solutions: Use AI tools to prototype internal apps, configure ERP/CRM systems and connect data via APIs.
• Test, Validate and Release Changes: Develop test plans, perform functional testing and coordinate user acceptance testing.
• Document and Share Knowledge: Create system documentation, SOPs and training materials; maintain releases.
• Enable Our Teams: Provide training and hands-on support; promote adoption of new tech and AI.
• AI and Technical Curiosity: Explore AI-enabled solutions and build lightweight automations and scripts.
