Job summary

Intact seeks a detail-oriented Vendor Management Analyst to lead contract renewals, drive cost savings, and support executive governance. You will manage relationships, prepare renewal packages, and analyze vendor spend using Power BI.

This is a hybrid role reporting to IT Business Office with exposure to senior leadership. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize vendor strategies, use AI-assisted reviews, and help shape policies and operating procedures while delivering

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Business, Finance & Accounting, or IT is required.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in vendor management, strategic sourcing, or IT expense management.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Oracle ERP is required.
• Knowledge in IT accounting and Power BI is an asset.
• Experience supporting executive governance forums or materials for senior leadership.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of cost savings.
• Familiarity with contract management principles, SLAs, and negotiation strategies.
• Experience with AI-powered tools for contract analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• For Quebec candidates, bilingualism is required when interacting with English-speaking colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a contract renewal pipeline 3–6 months ahead.
• Prepare and present renewal packages, negotiation strategies for executive review.
• Drive cost savings by analyzing vendor contracts and consolidations.
• Maintain vendor management Power BI dashboard and metrics.
• Conduct AI-assisted contract reviews to surface opportunities and SLA highlights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align vendor strategies with goals.
• Prepare executive-level reporting for VP/Director stakeholders.
• Contribute to vendor management policies and playbooks.
• Serve as escalation point for vendor disputes and invoicing issues.
