Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks driven UX design interns to shape the future of its human + AI agents platform. You will design end-user experiences and the tools that power AI-powered business workflows for contact-center operators.

As a product design intern, you will engage in end-to-end UX work with a supervisor, including product design, user research, and visual design. You will learn through hands-on collaboration across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's in Design, HCI, or related field
• Strong portfolio with user-centered design thinking
• Proficient prototyping with AI tools and UI mockups
• Experience across interaction design, visual design, and user research

Responsibilities

• Generate novel UX ideas for Conversation Intelligence and AI Agents.
• Collaborate with engineers to realize designs in code and product.
• Support usability testing, interviews, and competitive analysis.
• Prototype quickly using Figma, Cursor, Claude, Voice APIs, etc.
