Job summary

Managed.com, the company behind HostPapa and related brands, is seeking a Consultant, Technical Product Management to own the business case, roadmap, and delivery of integrations across a commerce platform and technology vendors. You will prototype APIs, apply AI-assisted workflows, and work with engineering, sales, and customers in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in technical product management or related roles, including ownership
• Programming background with Python/Go/SQL
• Hands-on REST API prototyping and integration work
• Experience creating product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Regular use of AI assistants or agentic workflows for R&D and prototyping
• Strong business-case development and ROI analysis skills
• Experience with Jira/Confluence for Agile planning and delivery tracking
• Ability to create UI/UX mock-ups or prototypes to communicate product functionality
• Proactive, independent work style with clear communication
• Excellent English communication skills
• Experience with cloud marketplaces, B2B SaaS commerce, or API ecosystems
• Familiarity with marketplace/integration frameworks and API clients like Postman
• Knowledge of API documentation formats such as Markdown

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the integration roadmap across the full product lifecycle
• Build business cases and ROI analyses for integration opportunities
• Prototype integrations using REST APIs and AI-assisted workflows
• Define customer journeys and integration design standards
• Write clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for delivery teams
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and customer teams to deliver complete solutions
• Plan and track delivery using Agile practices and shared tools
• Measure adoption, reliability, and ROI, guiding improvements
• Engage with customers and vendor contacts to drive launch and adoption
• Stay aligned with market signals and partner priorities
