Job summary

Nature Fresh Farms is seeking a Software Developer to join our Information Technology team at our Leamington office. This full-time role focuses on AI-driven solutions, API integrations, and data workflows across the organization.

You will work with .NET/C#/ASP.NET Core and/or Python, build APIs, and apply AI tools to accelerate development while ensuring code quality and security. Competitive wages and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development and support, ideally including exposure to AI agents or LLM-integrated applications at scale.
• Full-stack development with .NET (C#/ASP.NET Core) and/or Python, plus API integration.
• Experience with AI tooling (Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot) and evaluating AI-generated code.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and vendors; review workflows to identify AI-driven opportunities.
• Design, build, and deploy AI agents and LLM-powered automation workflows.
• Deploy and optimize AI workloads within NVIDIA AI stack on GPU infrastructure (on-premises or cloud).
• Develop APIs and integration components to ensure reliable data flow across systems.
• Maintain SQL Server databases and perform data-related troubleshooting.
• Provide training and documentation; support BI reporting across units.

We are currently looking to fill a full-time, permanent position for a Software Developer in our Information Technology department at our Leamington office.

What You’ll Do:

• Gather and analyze business requirements from internal stakeholders, third parties, and vendors, and review existing workflows and systems to identify opportunities for AI-driven and technical solutions.
• Design, build, and deploy AI agents and LLM-powered automation workflows — using platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, and GitHub Copilot — that streamline and transform business operations across the organization.
• Deploy, serve, and optimize LLM and AI inference workloads within the NVIDIA AI stack (CUDA, NIM microservices, TensorRT-LLM, Triton Inference Server) on GPU-based infrastructure, on-premises or in the cloud.
• Apply AI-assisted development tools (Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development, code review, testing, and documentation, while maintaining code quality and security standards.
• Stay current with emerging agentic AI tooling and the NVIDIA AI stack and proactively bring new practices and capabilities into the business as this transformation evolves.
• Develop and maintain APIs and integration components to support reliable data flow across systems.
• Work with and maintain relational databases and SQL, primarily Microsoft SQL Server.
• Troubleshoot application, integration, and data-related issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective, lasting resolutions.
• Partner closely with the team and other business units — communicating clearly, educating users on new tools and AI-driven processes, and supporting BI reporting needs across business units as part of this transformation journey.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, and monitor existing applications, integrations, and reports to ensure ongoing reliability and performance.
• Contribute across multiple projects, balancing code quality, technical standards, and delivery timelines.

What You Bring:

• Educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology preferred.
• 2–5 years of hands‑on experience in full-stack software development and support, ideally including exposure to AI agents or LLM-integrated applications at scale.
• Full-stack development experience using .NET (C#/ASP.NET Core) and/or Python, along with experience building and integrating APIs across systems.
• Working knowledge of how AI agents operate — LLMs, prompting, tool/function calling, context management — plus hands‑on use of AI-assisted coding tools (Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot) and sound judgment reviewing, testing, and validating AI-generated code.
• Experience designing or building AI agents/tools using agent frameworks (e.g., Claude Agent SDK, LangChain/LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, Copilot Studio, or similar) strongly preferred.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly — including presenting recommendations to management and training staff at various levels.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Very high degree of confidentiality and integrity regarding all aspects of the business.
• Self‑starter with high energy and motivation, comfortable working with a degree of autonomy.
• Working knowledge of networking and infrastructure concepts considered an asset.
• High energy and very motivated; self‑starter.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required.

What To Expect:

• Work is primarily performed in an office environment, with the occasional travel to other locations as needed.
• Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use are required.
• Requires regular communication and coordination with team members across departments.
• Standard workdays are Monday-Friday, with the occasional on‑call, afterhours and weekends depending on business needs.
