WELL Health Technologies is seeking a Digital Transformation Intern to work on AI-enabled process improvement projects across finance, HR, marketing, and clinic operations. You will build with Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, and data tools, shaping solutions from concept to production.

The role offers mentorship, hands-on experience with enterprise AI tools, and exposure to multiple business functions, with a four- or eight-month term starting January 2027.

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate student returning to studies after the placement.
• Interest in AI-native tools and practical process improvement.
• Ability to understand how business processes work and improve them.

Responsibilities

• Understand the current state of a process by mapping how it runs today.
• Identify opportunities and build a business case with clear value.
• Develop AI-enabled solutions and automations using Copilot and Azure AI Foundry.
• Test with users, gather feedback, and measure impact.
• Deploy solutions and drive adoption with proper documentation.
• Learn from mentors and engage with function leaders.
