Job summary

Ericsson Canada Inc. is seeking an integration engineer with 2–8 years of experience to design AI-assisted software development and testing automation. You will build AI agents for operational workflows, support observability, and optimize processes using RAG and tool-using agents.

The role emphasizes independent problem solving, self-learning, and clear communication to diverse teams. Based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field.
2-8 years of relevant experience; early-career acceptable.
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and basic software testing.
Foundational ML concepts: regression, classification, time-series, transformers.
Hands-on experience with Scikit-learn or TensorFlow.
Understanding of MLOps and model monitoring.
Familiarity with LangGraph/LangChain/LlamaIndex frameworks.

Responsibilities

Develop AI-assisted software development and testing automation.
Build AI agents for operational workflows, including triage, remediation, and knowledge lookup.
Support observability, incident analysis, and root cause analysis acceleration.
Optimize workflows using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and tool-using agents.
Plan and implement product configuration and integration work.
Enhance documentation and operational runbooks using AI.
Prepare system, module, and acceptance tests.
Communicate clearly with diverse audiences and articulate reasoning.
