Job summary

Ericsson Canada Inc. is seeking an integration engineer with 2–8 years of experience to design AI-assisted software development and testing automation. You will build AI agents for operational workflows, support observability, and optimize processes using RAG and tool-using agents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field.
• 2-8 years of relevant experience; early-career acceptable.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and basic software testing.
• Foundational ML concepts: regression, classification, time-series, transformers.
• Hands-on experience with Scikit-learn or TensorFlow.
• Understanding of MLOps and model monitoring.
• Familiarity with LangGraph/LangChain/LlamaIndex frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI-assisted software development and testing automation.
• Build AI agents for operational workflows, including triage, remediation, and knowledge lookup.
• Support observability, incident analysis, and root cause analysis acceleration.
• Optimize workflows using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and tool-using agents.
• Plan and implement product configuration and integration work.
• Enhance documentation and operational runbooks using AI.
• Prepare system, module, and acceptance tests.
• Communicate clearly with diverse audiences and articulate reasoning.
