Job summary

PointClickCare, a leading health tech company in Canada, is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to establish differentiated positioning for Skilled Nursing products. You will lead go-to-market strategy, equip sales with tools, and champion the voice of the market within the product team.

You will collaborate with analytics, marketing, and sales to drive adoption, pipeline, and revenue growth, while guiding launch plans and creating compelling collateral for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4–6 years of product marketing experience.
• Experience with product management and/or product marketing frameworks.
• Ability to collaborate across groups to get things done.
• AI fluency or hands-on AI tools experience.

Responsibilities

• Define product positioning, messaging, and a competitive strategy for Skilled Nursing products.
• Lead go-to-market planning for new products and releases with KPI metrics.
• Develop sales tools and collateral to enable field teams.
• Collaborate with content teams to produce decks, sheets, case studies.
• Convey market insights to product management and partner with analytics.
