Job summary

Maple is scaling its on-demand healthcare platform in Canada. We seek a Senior Product Manager to own provider experience, spanning the product engine, provider tools, and workflows for doctors, nurse practitioners, and specialists.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in software.
• Experience leading a cross-functional product squad from discovery through launch.
• Strong strategic thinking, prioritization, problem-solving, and product judgment.
• Ability to use data, research, and customer insight to define outcomes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across teams.
• Comfort working through ambiguity and complex workflows.
• Builder mindset with keen interest in AI and hands-on problem-solving.
• Collaborative, resilient, low-ego approach with influence without authority.
• Bonus: healthcare or regulated industry experience, provider or operational products, AI-enabled products.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for the provider experience and clinical operations.
• Develop deep understanding of providers and internal teams through research and data.
• Lead initiatives from discovery through launch, measurement, and iteration.
• Bring a builder mentality and use AI/tools to turn ideas into testable solutions.
• Translate complex clinical, operational, technical, and regulatory needs into clear direction.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to shape scalable solutions.
• Identify and validate AI opportunities in provider/workflows balancing value and feasibility.
• Create alignment across Clinical, Customer Support, Product, Engineering, Data and partners.
