Qualifications

• Experience in full-stack development with Python, React, Redux, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
• Hands-on AI/ML deployment and production integration experience.
• Ability to design modular, scalable backend architectures.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote-first team.
• Self-starter with autonomy and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop full-stack features for our AI-powered web app.
• Integrate AI models and APIs for document processing and data extraction.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to productionize AI models.
• Research and prototype new AI applications to enhance capabilities.
• Build observable, secure cloud architectures for core services.
• Create robust data pipelines for AI training and inference.
• Craft user experiences that surface AI-powered functionalities.
• Participate in architecture planning and code reviews.
• Take ownership of features end-to-end after ramp-up.
• Coordinate with QA and other teams to unblock releases.
• Contribute to quarterly planning and company initiatives.
