What You’ll Be Doing

• Engage with customer teams to understand and translate engineering requirements into technical architectures.
• Develop high-impact software prototypes and AI-assisted workflows for photonic modeling and simulation automation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to convert field learnings into scalable platform capabilities.

What We’re Looking For

• MSc or PhD in a relevant science or engineering field.
• 4+ years of experience in software engineering or applied AI roles.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with modern AI tools.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with customers to deliver technical solutions.
• A collaborative and solution-driven approach.

Nice to Have

• Experience with agentic AI solutions and modern frameworks like LangChain or Ray.
• Familiarity with EDA environments and hardware-software co-design.
