Job summary

3Pillar Global is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to work with enterprise clients on architectural challenges, rapid PoCs, and production-grade deployments. You will embed with client teams and drive end-to-end delivery across data pipelines, core platforms, and automated frameworks.

The role blends deep software engineering with strategic consulting, requiring strong communication and the ability to translate ambiguous requirements into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• Senior/Staff-Level Engineering background with shipping production-grade systems.
• Polyglot with modern backend environments and complex API/system integration.
• Cloud architecture experience with AWS/Azure/Google Cloud.
• AI workflows experience or exposure.
• Strong consultative problem solving with clients and engineering leadership.
• Ability to quickly contribute in unfamiliar codebases on day one.

Responsibilities

• Technical Discovery & Rapid Prototyping with sales and solutions teams.
• Hands-on client deployment embedding with client engineering teams.
• Integration & Systems Engineering across diverse environments and cloud providers.
• Technical onboarding and hand-off with documentation and guardrails.
• Deliver production-ready code and mentor engineers on patterns.
