Job summary

The Riva team is growing and seeks a Solutions Consultant to deliver innovative, client-ready configurations and support. You will guide customers through deployment, configuration, and optimization of Riva products to achieve a 360-degree customer view with AI-driven insights.

Reporting to the Senior Practice Manager, you will work with top FinTech clients, document requirements, build prototypes, and collaborate with product and engineering to ensure robust, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing technical support experience for enterprise apps.
• AI tooling to accelerate troubleshooting and configuration.
• Experience with Windows Server and basic network services.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight timelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with enterprise clients to deploy, configure, and optimize Riva products.
• Gather requirements and document solution designs and estimates.
• Build and test configured Riva software to meet documented needs.
• Coordinate deployment activities across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot issues and propose scalable, tested solutions.
