Job summary

TD SYNNEX North America is seeking a Business Systems Analyst - AI to drive the adoption and integration of AI within the enterprise ERP. This role manages the AI backlog and ensures successful AI use cases align with strategic goals.

The position partners with business and technical teams to translate complex requirements into actionable AI solutions, leads adoption metrics, and provides post-implementation support across a broad technology stack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience gathering, analyzing and translating business and system requirements into technology solutions.
• Experience working with AI technologies and AI-enabled solutions, including requirements gathering and implementation.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, prompt engineering, and data analytics tools.
• Experience translating business requirements and data into AI-driven solutions.
• Experience designing or supporting proof-of-concept initiatives for emerging technologies.
• Experience in the technology distribution industry is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to engage technical teams and management.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and adopt emerging technologies.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Adaptable and quick to learn new systems and processes.
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual candidates preferred (English + Mandarin Chinese)

Responsibilities

• Cross functional collaboration with business and technical teams to align AI initiatives with enterprise objectives.
• AI backlog management, prioritization and implementation of high-impact use cases.
• Requirement gathering and translation into actionable AI solutions.
• Post-implementation support leadership and ongoing optimization of AI systems.
• Guide teams on new technologies and provide structured training and production support.
• Develop formal adoption metrics to measure platform impact and adoption by developers.
• Deliver high-priority internal AI implementations alongside advisory duties.
• Systematically evaluate and integrate emerging AI and automation tools.
