Storm Ideas Ltd. is hiring an AI First Account Manager to own client relationships and oversee a complex social media operation for top US brands. You will bridge client priorities with the people and processes that deliver them, using AI-driven workflows and clear briefs. The role is remote from Canada with Pacific Time alignment and competitive CAD salary.

You will help shape how teams work, review outputs, and ensure the work meets client goals while maintaining high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Evidence of owning client relationships and complex delivery conversations.
• Strong systems mindset.
• Hands-on use of AI tools and agents in work.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Build client confidence by managing relationships and account rhythm using AI tools and agentic workflows.
• Represent the clients point of view with understanding of mission, audience, strategy and context.
• Turn ambiguity into clear direction with practical briefs and clear success criteria.
• Keep delivery joined up across client teams, partners, and Storm specialists.
• Develop better workflows by identifying bottlenecks and testing changes.
• Protect service quality by reviewing outputs and ensuring alignment with client needs.
• Turn reporting into action with clear findings and executive updates.
• Keep commitments and account health visible with realistic plans and risk management.
• Bring the right expertise into conversations by connecting clients with Storm colleagues.
• Make escalations useful with context, tried options, and concrete asks.
• Build a dependable AI working practice and codify successful methods.
