Job summary

Storm Ideas Ltd is hiring an Account Manager to grow client confidence, satisfaction, and account value. The role is fully remote in Canada with Pacific Time hours (9:00am–5:30pm PT) and a CAD 65,000–80,000 yearly salary.

You’ll own client relationships, translate visions into briefs, review assets, and leverage AI workflows to deliver value for global brands in TV and entertainment. You will work with an international team, using the latest AI tools to plan, coordinate and deliver high-quality

Qualifications

Experience in managing brands and client relationships.
Ability to translate client vision into briefs for creative teams.
Hands-on use of AI tools in real work or projects.
Strong written and verbal communication across stakeholders.
Willingness to work Pacific Time hours.

Responsibilities

Own client confidence and satisfaction using AI-enabled workflows.
Understand client strategy, services, audience, and commercial context.
Translate briefs into actionable briefs, calendars, campaigns, and deliverables.
Maintain delivery coordination across services, timelines, and dependencies.
Provide clear feedback on assets to protect intent and improve quality.
Drive opportunities and surface risks early for the account.
