Job summary

Caspian One is partnering with an AI Start Up to hire an experienced AI Engineer to join their delivery ecosystem in Toronto. You will take AI solutions from concept to production, working on-site with clients to integrate systems and ensure adoption.

This role focuses on hands-on delivery, building, deploying, and scaling AI solutions that solve tangible business problems, with strong emphasis on fast, measurable outcomes and customer-facing delivery.

Qualifications

Proven experience delivering AI or Agentic AI solutions into production environments.
Strong experience with large language models, agent-based systems, or intelligent workflow automation.
Demonstrable experience rolling out AI solutions in a client-facing environment.
Experience in regulated industries such as financial services.
Ability to work with real-world, messy data across multiple systems.
Experience integrating with APIs and distributed data sources.

Responsibilities

Design and deploy AI-driven workflows using LLMs and agent-based architectures.
Integrate client systems with minimal data ingestion.
Build context layers reflecting business rules and processes.
Develop production-ready solutions compatible with enterprise environments.
Collaborate with clients through the full lifecycle from use case to deployment.
Navigate change management and stakeholder alignment during delivery.
Deliver working solutions within typical 6–12 week cycles.
Identify new use cases to expand engagements.
Ensure solutions meet defined service levels when managed.
