Mhosaic is seeking an AI & Client Deployment Expert to bridge client needs with practical AI solutions in a hybrid Montreal setup. You will identify high-impact use cases, rapidly prototype, and deploy tailored AI tools while supporting adoption across client teams.

You will test solutions in agile cycles, train non-technical users, and continuously optimize outcomes. Strong consulting, PM, and communication skills are essential to drive client success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in consulting, project management or client support.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.).
• Ability to quickly understand business processes.
• Experience in change management or digital transformation (asset).
• Excellent communication and ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Strong listening skills and understanding of client needs.
• Ability to train and support non-technical users.
• Rigor in tracking and documenting deployments.

As an AI & Client Deployment Expert at Mhosaic, you will be the bridge between our clients' business needs and concrete AI solutions. Your role is to identify opportunities, rapidly test solutions, implement them effectively and support teams through complete adoption.

What you'll do

• 01 Needs analysis. Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases at client sites
• 02 Rapid prototyping. Test and validate AI solutions in agile mode before deployment
• 03 Custom implementation. Deploy and configure AI solutions adapted to client processes
• 04 Field support. Guide teams in the daily adoption of AI tools
• 05 User training. Train client teams on optimal use of deployed solutions
• 06 Continuous optimization. Measure results and adjust solutions to maximize impact
• 07 Product feedback. Share field insights to improve our offerings and methodologies
