What You Will Do

The AI Business Analyst is a dual technical and functional role combining traditional business analysis and low-code solutions development skillsets.
- Serve as primary point of contact with assigned customers and liaise between customers and internal resources. Participate in key project management activities throughout the project, including stand-ups, status calls, and governance meetings.
- Collaborate with Process Owners and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to define requirements of current-state business processes to support the design of the future-state AI and automation solutions, including Agentic.
- Work with solution architects and development teams to ensure a robust and sustainable solution is delivered. AI Business Analysts may be responsible for building low-code solutions, although more complex components may be developed by dedicated developer teams.
- Create and maintain delivery lifecycle documentation with internal team and customer collaboration where required. Drive client approvals for stage-gate compliance where required.
- Support customers by providing answers, expertise, and insights as needed.
- Evaluate business processes for automation and AI suitability and build supporting business cases.
- Build benefit realization analytics and dashboards to quantify and report business impact of solutions.
- Accountable for high client NPS (net promoter score) to ensure we deliver quality, excellence and value.
- Demonstrate a strong motivation to learn new programs and technologies.
- Mentor and support developer peers with both business analysis, technical development questions, and best practices.
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Business/Information Technology, or related field.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Project Management: Ability to manage tasks efficiently, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
- Continuous Learning: Eagerness to learn and adopt new tools, technologies, and best practices in automation.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Generative AI and Prompt Engineering: Familiarity with Generative AI tools, including prompting best practices, structuring effective queries, and interacting with agentic or assistant-style applications (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot).
- Automation Tools: Experience with workflow automation programs such as UiPath, Power Platform, Blue Prism.
- Analytics and Data Visualization: Experience using business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) to create dashboards.
- Relational Database Fundamentals: High level understanding of SQL, CRUD commands, and database integrations with automation solutions is an advantage.
- API Integration: Knowledge of RESTful and SOAP APIs for integrating automation solutions with external systems is an advantage.
- Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) for deploying and managing solutions is an advantage.

Level: Consultant
Experience: 1–3 years in AI/Automation development
Technical Skills: Proficient in end-to-end delivery within one AI/Automation platform; adheres to delivery best practices, intermediate programming skills
Leadership & Business Skills: Supports client discussions; supports internal design sessions; raises risks and issues internally
Level: Sr. Consultant
Experience: 3–5 years in AI/Automation development
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in multiple AI/Automation platforms; less support required for complex solutions
Leadership & Business Skills: Leads client discussions on technical solutions; mentors team members; drives change management tasks with clients; supports business development activities
