Job summary

RBC in Canada is seeking a seasoned Principal Product Manager (individual contributor) to lead an AI-powered conversational banking experience. You will own the roadmap and delivery of applied AI solutions that personalize banking, offers, and financial planning across client interactions.

You will partner with business, research and engineering teams to discover, pilot and scale AI solutions, translating complex tech into user-friendly products and driving tangible client outcomes within RBC's

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in a top-tier technology company or large enterprise focusing on AI/ML products.
Hands-on lifecycle management of products within a large, matrixed organization.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
Strong communication, presentation, and data-driven decision-making skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's or MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: develop product vision, roadmap, and OKRs aligned to AI initiatives.
Product Development: guide end-to-end delivery from ideation to launch with cross-functional teams.
Stakeholder Management: align with marketing, sales, legal, and compliance for execution.
Innovation and Entrepreneurship: foster a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
