Travelers Financial Solutions (TFS) in Vancouver, BC is seeking an AI & Automation Analyst to help shape how we operate. You will design and deploy AI agents and automation tools while partnering with sales, credit, and operations to drive growth and efficiency.

The role emphasizes practical tech delivery, collaboration across departments, and ensuring security and compliance as part of IT alignment. The position offers a hybrid work model with in-office days in Vancouver.

Qualifications

Experience building AI agents and workflow automations.
Experience in financial services or sales environment.
Knowledge of Copilot, Power Automate or similar tech.
Ability to translate operational challenges into tech solutions.
Independent drive to push projects forward.
Strong communication across departments.

Responsibilities

Design, build and deploy AI agents, automated workflows and internal productivity tools.
Explore emerging AI technologies and identify practical applications across our business.
Leverage existing technology platforms and develop new solutions where appropriate.
Develop tools that help sales teams work more efficiently and improve conversions.
Improve information flow and automate processes to boost efficiency.
Partner with teams to streamline processes and reduce repetitive admin work.
Take ownership from concept to implementation and ensure adoption.
Track results and demonstrate measurable improvements in productivity and business performance.
