Job description

Introducing a new role to join our AI, automation, and business innovation team. With AI adoption gaining speed across our organization, we want to harness the power of AI to be the best in our industry, improving how we work, empowering our teams to deliver stronger results, and focusing their time and energy on what truly drives value for our residents, stakeholders, organization and themselves.

As our AI & Automation Associate, you’ll join a high-performing digital transformation team that sits at the core of this evolution. You’ll help identify opportunities, map processes, and bring new technologies to life in ways that make sense for the people who use them every day. You’ll work hands‑on with tools such as Power Automate, Python, Claude and GPT, and you’ll help colleagues feel respected, heard, and empowered as they adapt and thrive in a changing environment.

Responsibilities
  • Support the migration and adoption of AI-driven tools and digital workflows across the organization.
  • Partner with teams to map current processes, identify inefficiencies, and design automation opportunities that make work smoother, smarter, and more rewarding.
  • Extract, clean, and analyze large data sets using a variety of data tools, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Prototype, test, and deploy automation solutions using Power Automate, Python, and GPT-based technologies.
  • Create clear documentation, training materials, and visual process maps that make adoption intuitive and sustainable.
  • Develop and support “super users” across departments, confident champions who model success and help others embrace new tools.
  • Monitor outcomes, measure results, and report progress to senior management to demonstrate impact and identify new opportunities.
  • Stay curious and forward-thinking, sharing fresh insights that enhance our organization’s digital capability and keep innovation moving.
Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills and a love for problem‑solving through the use of technology.
  • Experience leading quantitative research projects in either an academic or professional environment.
  • Strong proficiency in automation tools, Python scripting and low‑code platforms.
  • Excellent collaboration and business partnering skills, with the ability to explain complex, technical concepts to non‑subject matter experts.
  • Experience using various dashboard technologies, including Power BI and Tableau, is considered an asset.
  • Continuous learning mindset, ready to experiment, adapt, and evolve with new tools and ideas.
Location

This role is based in our offices five days a week, giving you the opportunity to work closely with your colleagues, learn from experienced professionals, and grow in a highly engaged team environment.

Compensation

The approximate salary range for this role will depend on what you bring to the table. Our expectations are $55,000–$60,000 per year. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors including market competitiveness, skills, experience, educational attainment, professional designations, internal equity, and other job‑related requirements. We recognize that individuals bring different skill sets, strengths, and career experiences, and we encourage candidates at all stages of their career to apply.
