As our AI & Automation Associate, you’ll join a high-performing digital transformation team that sits at the core of this evolution. You’ll help identify opportunities, map processes, and bring new technologies to life in ways that make sense for the people who use them every day. You’ll work hands‑on with tools such as Power Automate, Python, Claude and GPT, and you’ll help colleagues feel respected, heard, and empowered as they adapt and thrive in a changing environment.
This role is based in our offices five days a week, giving you the opportunity to work closely with your colleagues, learn from experienced professionals, and grow in a highly engaged team environment.
The approximate salary range for this role will depend on what you bring to the table. Our expectations are $55,000–$60,000 per year. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors including market competitiveness, skills, experience, educational attainment, professional designations, internal equity, and other job‑related requirements.
