Job summary

Infosys is seeking an AI Assurance Chatbot Tester to validate, test, and assure the quality, reliability, security, and accuracy of AI-powered chatbot solutions. The role involves functional testing, conversational testing, prompt validation, response accuracy verification, and API/workflow validation, collaborating with AI engineers, developers, and business stakeholders in Canada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; or three years of progressive experience in the specialty.
• Candidates authorized to work in Canada without visa sponsorship are welcome; Infosys cannot provide immigration sponsorship.
• 4 years of Information Technology experience and at least 4 years of software testing experience.
