Job summary

Multiview Corporation in Canada seeks a Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of software through manual, automated, and AI-assisted testing practices.

You will collaborate with Product Management, Development, and Customer Support to validate requirements, identify risks, and verify software functionality before release. The role emphasizes AI-powered testing tools, test planning, CI/CD integration, and continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent relevant experience
• 3–5+ years of Software Quality Assurance or Software Testing
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks
• Experience with cloud environments such as AWS
• Experience with AI-assisted tools such as Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Claude
• Experience with API and performance testing preferred
• Experience with enterprise software, ERP, financial systems, or SaaS
• Attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills
• Strong time management and ability to handle multiple projects

Responsibilities

• Review requirements and develop detailed test plans and test cases
• Perform functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, and exploratory testing
• Validate software releases against business requirements and quality standards
• Create and refine prompts and workflows for AI-assisted testing
• Maintain automated test scripts and integrate testing with CI/CD pipelines
• Document defects clearly and track testing progress and metrics
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders in Agile ceremonies
