The opportunity

We are seeking a Manager, Data Analytics, Solution Architect. Our IT Advisory Analytics practice collaborates with clients to enhance their data utilization, develop information management capabilities, and support decision-making and regulatory compliance. Our clients need vision and precision to see the big picture and the details.

Our Analytics practice offers innovative solutions to unlock information and address major challenges. We aim to integrate this capability into all Advisory services, helping clients leverage data as a strategic asset.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Manager, Data Analytics, Solution Architect, you will support project delivery, foster relationships within EY and with clients, and develop skills through training and mentorship. We value diverse backgrounds—industry, consulting, delivery, or vendor experience—and will support your transition into consultancy if needed.

Skills and attributes for success

• Excellent client service skills and relationship management, with a strong interest in operations and technology integration
• Fluent communication skills in French and English

To qualify for the role you must have

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields and 5-10 years of experience
• Experience with transformational programs involving informational systems
• Project management skills for technical implementations
• Knowledge of data architecture, warehousing, BI, data management, transformation, Big Data, and visualization
• Experience with tools like Tableau, SAS, Teradata, Informatica, Power BI
• Skills in data virtualization, automation, modeling, and database platforms such as SQL Server, Oracle, DB2
• Awareness of industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Enterprise data modeling experience across industries
• Experience with data warehousing tools like WhereScape, Coalesce, VaultSpeed
• Expertise in Snowflake and Data Vault 2.0 methodologies
• Motivation, strong work ethic, and proactive attitude
