Job summary

Raise is seeking an AI Adoption & Enablement Coordinator in Calgary, AB to drive enterprise-wide Copilot adoption. You will coordinate training, events, and communications to accelerate user engagement and value realization across business units.

The role focuses on coordinating communities, campaigns, and metrics, working with stakeholders to deliver measurable success and readiness for AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technology adoption, change management, or training initiatives.
• Experience coordinating training programs or communities of practice.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Teams, and Viva technologies.
• Knowledge of AI adoption methodologies and change management frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise Copilot Champion Network and coordinate adoption activities.
• Deliver training sessions, office hours, and awareness events for business users.
• Develop Copilot communications campaigns and engagement materials.
• Capture and showcase business use cases and measurable success stories.
• Partner with business units and technology teams to drive adoption and value.
• Produce regular adoption, engagement, and value reporting.
• Support AI-focused enterprise events and leadership sessions.
