Responsibilities

As our new full-time Agriculture Technical Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Conduct outbound agri-business planning sessions with Canadian growers over the phone, leading meaningful conversations to uncover needs and demonstrate tailored agronomic solutions that provide value and results.
• Manage transactional information flow from opportunity to demand generation, coordinating field representatives when necessary to meet targeted budgets.
• Provide inbound technical agronomic support to growers, retailers, and business representatives, building trusted relationships.
• Take full ownership of incoming client calls, ensuring customer satisfaction and a positive experience.
• Develop thorough knowledge of client products, tools, and services to support customer requests effectively.
• Record key discussion points from conversations for metrics, future opportunities, and market intelligence.
• Note: This role is currently remote.
