Agriculture Set Up Technician (Shift work)- Swift Current

At Pattison Agriculture we seek talent ready to GROW, CONNECT AND EVOLVE with us! We are looking for multiple PDI/Set-Up Shift Service Techniciansto join our fast-paced, energetic dealership inSwift Current, SK.

These roles are newly structured for the organization and are planned to be worked within a rotational 2 shift structure, shifts may rotate with the potential morning shift being a 5:00 am - 3:30 pm shift and the afternoon shift being a 1:30 pm-12:00 am (with in the shift structure there may be options that include a 10-hours per day with 8 shifts on and 6 shifts off in a 2 week structure OR 10-hours per day 4 shifts per week).

Our PDI Technicians are committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers by performing Pre-Delivery Inspections and assembly of all types of equipment to prepare for delivery to the customer, as well as assisting in repairs of agricultural and turf equipment. Responsibilities

• Performs Pre-Delivery Inspection on all types of equipment and prepares the equipment for delivery
• Assembles all types of equipment offered for sale by the dealership
• Assists in repairs and basic service tasks as required
• Operates and maintains vehicles, tools and equipment required in the set-up and delivery process
• Operates a forklift to transport parts, equipment, and supplies for the service department
• Participates in training programs required for the development of skills and knowledge

Requirements

• Have mechanical skills, can operate vehicles, tools and equipment used in pre-delivery and set-up processes
• Are able to assemble machinery components to manufacturer’s specs
• Have experience performing service repairs/maintenance
• Have demonstrated a willingness to learn and succeed
• Knowledge and familiarity with John Deere and competitive products and/or farming background would be considered an asset
• High School Diploma/equivalent
