Job summary

Premier Equipment is seeking a driven sales professional to cover a territory in Ontario. You will market, demonstrate, and sell new and used agricultural equipment, while representing the company at trade shows and events.

A draw against commission with potential commissions beyond the draw drives earnings toward six figures for top performers. You will build relationships with new and existing customers, keep abreast of industry trends, and promote promotions across departments.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong drive.
• Clear communication and active listening for customer needs.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Familiarity with farming practices, GPS, and Precision Agriculture.
• Knowledge of agricultural equipment and farming communities.
• Ability to work rotating weekends.

Responsibilities

• Market, demonstrate, and sell agricultural new and used equipment.
• Promote other goods and services and stay informed on promotions.
• Profile new and existing customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Stay aware of business trends affecting purchases.
• Attend Deere and in-house training, farm shows and events.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge for sales opportunities.
