Job summary

Premier Equipment, the largest John Deere dealer in Ontario, seeks a results-driven sales representative to market, demonstrate and sell agricultural and large property equipment. You will build relationships with new and existing customers, staying informed on industry trends to provide expert guidance.

The role offers a compensation range of CAD 60,000–CAD 75,000 annually with an on-target earnings around CAD 100,000, including a guaranteed draw in year one.

Qualifications

• Strong sales drive with goal orientation and discipline.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Knowledge of farming practices and precision agriculture helpful.

Responsibilities

• Market, demonstrate, and sell new and used agricultural and landscape equipment.
• Promote company promotions and events across departments.
• Profile customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Keep up with industry trends and attend training/trade shows.
• Maintain product knowledge of equipment features and benefits.
