Job summary

FCC is seeking a Relationship Management Associate to support the lending process by building strong customer relationships and delivering fast, accurate administrative support that strengthens decisions and elevates the customer experience.

This permanent, hybrid role requires a business diploma and at least two years of related experience, with a strong emphasis on customer service and relationship-building within the agricultural or advisory context.

Responsibilities

• Proactively build and maintain relationships with customers, helping identify needs and opportunities.
• Work closely with Relationship Managers to identify customer needs and proactively reach out to customers and prospects.
• Answer customer inquiries thoroughly and professionally, creating value and sales opportunities.
• Keep the office running seamlessly by delivering professional front desk support.
• Perform administrative tasks with speed and accuracy.
• Proactively coordinate office needs to resolve issues before they impact operations.
