Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field.
- 5 or more years of related experience.
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid Agile frameworks.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence or similar Agile tools.
- Agile certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe) and PMP or equivalent preferred.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach teams on Agile practices and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product managers to groom and prioritize backlogs.
- Remove impediments and shield the team from distractions.
- Track progress using Jira and report to stakeholders.
- Foster collaboration and accountability across teams.
