This role involves facilitating Agile ceremonies, supporting teams in achieving their goals, and ensuring efficient collaboration among cross-functional members. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong facilitation and coaching skills in a fast-paced Agile environment. This is a hybrid position, requiring 4 days in the office, with a potential conversion to a permanent role after 6 months.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a fast-paced Agile environment.
• Experience facilitating PI planning and reporting on performance metrics.
• Strong understanding of the Scrum framework and Kanban practices.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Support the team in achieving their sprint goals and remove impediments.
