RBC in Bedford, Nova Scotia is seeking an Agile Flex Operator for Payment and Trade Operations. This full-time role involves supporting multiple functions, from Trade to Wire Payments, with emphasis on accuracy and timely processing.

• Support Trade, Wire Payments, Wire Investigations and DCP investigations.
• Monitor settlements of inbound/outbound payment files between financial institutions.
• Ensure timely processing of Payments Files.
• Assist with system monitoring and reporting.
• Learn and perform tasks across multiple PTO functions.

Receives, investigates, and responds to all customer inquiries and complaints regarding banking products and services; processes basic bank service transactions. With extensive knowledge of the job and policies/practices, performs a wide range of advanced administrative/operational assignments.

What will you do?

The Agile Flex Operator is part of a dynamic team that will be trained to support numerous functions throughout Payment and Trade Operations (PTO), including:

• Trade
• Wire Payments
• Wire Investigations
• Day 2 DCP (Digital Check Processing) Investigations
• Settlement: Monitoring of Inbound and Outbound payment files between Financial Institutions to ensure proper financial Settlement and reporting with Payments Canada
• System Monitoring: To ensure timely processing of Payments Files
