Job summary

Semios Group seeks a Product Delivery Lead to bridge Product and Engineering and translate priorities into delivery plans. This individual contributor role emphasizes Scrum Master duties, backlog administration, and measurable delivery progress without managing people.

You will coordinate with Product, Engineering, Design, Data and other stakeholders, maintain the roadmap, and help transition to Jira Advanced Roadmaps and related tools while ensuring timely releases and clear status updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Delivery Lead, Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or similar coordination role in a software product organization.
• Experience coordinating multiple cross-functional teams in distributed or global work environments.
• Experience improving backlog quality and delivery predictability in evolving or inconsistently structured environments.
• Experience implementing, configuring, migrating to, or administering Jira-based product planning and roadmap tools within a software product organization.
• Experience coordinating software releases and cross-functional release or launch readiness.
• Relevant Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP) are preferred

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and key delivery ceremonies across product teams.
• Help teams maintain a healthy, consistent, and effective agile delivery process.
• Facilitate regular backlog refinement sessions with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to ensure context, scope, acceptance criteria, estimates, dependencies, and sequencing.
• Identify delivery risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies, driving them toward resolution.
• Coordinate delivery planning and ongoing communication across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate dependencies, sequencing, and delivery across multiple product teams and portfolio initiatives.
• Ensure prioritized work is defined and delivery-ready before execution.
• Maintain backlog cleanliness and structure in Jira with accurate status and ownership.
• Support Product Managers in backlog readiness while ensuring product strategy remains with Product Manager.
• Partner with leaders to align planned work with team capacity and surface conflicts early.
• Maintain the product roadmap administrative accuracy and transitions to new tooling as needed.
• Define how objectives, initiatives, and dependencies are structured in roadmap tools.
• Maintain delivery forecasts and communicate material changes to scope or timing.
• Coordinate release readiness across teams and ensure alignment of activities and owners.
• Provide consistent delivery-status reporting to leadership.
• Track action items and follow up to ensure commitments are fulfilled.
• Help establish standardized delivery terminology, metrics, and practices.
