Job summary

Lorven Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced project manager to oversee sprint outcomes, manage risk, and coordinate project activities.

The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to lead both people and technical management efforts. You will work with the project manager to resolve issues, maintain sprint trackers, and ensure clear status reporting with proactive explanations and solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent; 8+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage sprint/iteration outcomes.
• Maintain an accurate sprint tracker and identify risks and issues.
• Mitigate project risks in collaboration with the PM at the project level.
• Lead people and technical management activities for the project.
• Assist the PM with project coordination and status reporting.
• Track and resolve issues; report status with explanations and solutions.

Job description

Experience in overall sprint or iteration outcome

Good understanding of the project architecture is required

Experience in Coding and unit testing including JUnits

Strong understanding of updating regular associates RAG, Amber, Green status; discuss the Red cases on the immediate basis with the project manager to help the manager in the attrition management

You should have experience in updating sprint tracker with accurate information to identify the risk and issues proactively at the sprint level

Experience in conducting project risk identification and mitigation action planning with the PM at the project level

Experience in People management & Technical management is required

You must have experience in assisting project manager in the project coordination/management

You should have experience in report the status with alarms, explanations and solutions

Experience in tracking and resolving issues

Good understating on Target - Zero surprises; proactively react to the surprises with the detailed written explanation

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 8+years of relevant experience

Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers

Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail

Strong work ethic with good time management with ability to work with diverse teams
