Job summary

The Ledcor Group in Edmonton, AB is seeking an Agile Delivery Coordinator to support planning, coordination, and delivery of analytics initiatives. You will facilitate ceremonies, monitor progress, and help remove impediments while aligning work with business objectives.

Collaborate with data platform and business stakeholders to sustain a predictable delivery cadence, drive continuous improvement, and ensure transparent reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Agile delivery, project coordination, Scrum Master, or similar roles supporting enterprise technology, data, analytics, or integrated business systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline; Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent) is considered an asset
  • Demonstrated experience working within Agile environments, applying Scrum and Kanban principles to support successful delivery outcomes
  • Proven ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Experience partnering with cross‑functional teams and managing relationships with diverse business and technical stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery practices, project coordination methodologies, and continuous improvement principles
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts for varied audiences
  • Experience using Agile metrics, reporting, and delivery insights to support planning, decision‑making, and continuous improvement
  • Proficiency with Agile planning and collaboration tools, including Jira (preferred), Confluence, Miro, Microsoft Teams, GitHub, or similar platforms

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Guide teams in establishing sprint goals, delivery commitments, and maintaining focus on planned outcomes
  • Align sprint deliverables with project schedules to identify impacts on dependencies, milestones, and delivery timelines
  • Triage, assess, and coordinate incoming business requests to ensure appropriate prioritization and resourcing
  • Maintain Agile delivery boards and workflows, ensuring accurate visibility of work in progress and priorities
  • Proactively identify, manage, and help remove delivery risks, issues, dependencies, and team blockers
  • Serve as a central coordination point between business stakeholders, technical teams, and other delivery partners
  • Escalate delivery risks, concerns, and impediments to leadership and key stakeholders as appropriate
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships across cross‑functional business and technology teams
  • Communicate delivery progress, priorities, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Promote Agile principles, practices, and continuous improvement through coaching, facilitation, and team engagement
  • Analyze delivery trends and retrospective outcomes to identify process improvements and drive consistent, predictable delivery performance

Job description

Reporting to the Agile Delivery Manager, the Agile Delivery Coordinator (ADC) plays a key role in supporting the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of initiatives across the Business Analytics and Data Platform teams. This position helps ensure work is effectively prioritized, aligned, and delivered to meet business objectives while supporting a consistent and predictable delivery approach. The ADC facilitates Agile ceremonies, monitors team progress and delivery metrics, and works closely with cross‑functional teams to drive collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement. By helping teams identify and remove impediments, manage dependencies, and maintain focus on delivery commitments, the role enables the efficient delivery of high‑value business outcomes. Working in partnership with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership, the Agile Delivery Coordinator fosters a culture of Agile best practices and continuous improvement, helping to deliver innovative analytics and data solutions that create meaningful value for the organization.
