Ledcor Group in Alberta is seeking a Project Accountant to coordinate timely entry and reporting of data in our financial systems for construction projects. You will support accounts receivable, subcontract management, payroll, and month-end reporting, while collaborating with project teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
The role requires 3+ years of project accounting experience in construction, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with JD Edwards.
As a Project Accountant you will be responsible for coordinating the accurate and timely entry and reporting of data in the company financial systems. This includes accounts receivable, subcontract management, payroll, equipment time entry, accounts payable and month end reporting. Interaction and communication with management and project teams are important to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of data. Success in this role requires strong teamwork and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment. If this sounds like you, we invite you to join our Operations team in Alberta!
This will be a site-based position with camp accommodation or LOA provided, dependent on the project. Travel allowance will be provided based on successful candidate’s proximity to site. Position will work on a 10/4 or 14/7 rotation
